MBTI - Myers-Briggs Type Indicator

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a self-report questionnaire. With over 50 years of research and development, the MBTI is the most widely used instrument for understanding normal personality differences. Because it explains basic patterns in human functioning, the MBTI is used for a wide variety of purposes including the following:

  • Behavioral and motivational development
  • Team building
  • Management and leadership training
  • Coaching
  • Problem solving
  • Diversity and multicultural training

ACT WorkKeys®

ACT WorkKeys® System is a job skill Assessment tool designed to provide quick comparisons between a person's skill level and job requirements - to identify skill gaps. Skills are valuable for any occupation and at any level of education.

Bennett Mechanical Comprehension Test

The Bennett Mechanical Comprehension Test® (BMCT) is a widely used and extensively validated assessment of mechanical aptitude. This instrument has helped organizations select the best candidates for mechanical, repair, and industrial occupations. The BMCT can help identify candidates with good spatial perception and mechanical reasoning abilities, as well as with an aptitude for learning mechanical processes and tasks. Its focus is on spatial perception and tool knowledge rather than manual dexterity.

The BMCT is ideal for use in a wide variety of occupations:

  • Automotive or Aircraft Mechanic
  • Engineer
  • Installation/Maintenance/Repair
  • Industrial/Technical Sales
  • Skilled Tradesperson (e.g., Electrician, Welder, Carpenter)
  • Transportation Trades/Equipment Operator (e.g., Truck Driver)
