| Green Belt Training Requirements to become certified as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt include: two weeks class attendance and participation; demonstrated use of the tools; project completion; project success as measured by attainment of stated goals.

| Black Belt Training Requirements to become certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt include: four weeks of class attendance and participation; attain Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification; demonstrated use of the tools; completion of a second project; project success as measured by attainment of stated goals. Projects must achieve significant business impact in the eyes of your organization's leadership team in order to be considered successful. The certification decision will be made jointly by your company's management team and the OTC Center for Workforce Development.

| Green Belt : 1-Week Course This course is designed to be taken concurrently while you work on a Lean Six Sigma project. Our format is based on Train and Do! You'll learn the deliverables, be provided with the templates to complete them, and have Master Black Belt support during the course. This one-week version of the Green Belt course contains less statistical tools than are contained in the standard Green Belt training class. This course focuses heavily on operations and service. It's less technical, but no less rigorous.

| ISO/TS 16949:2009 - Introduction to TS 16949 Automotive manufacturers require suppliers to certify their quality systems to the industry's own requirements.This course is designed and serves as an introduction for anyone who wants to quickly and efficiently understand the ISO/TS 16949 standard, those responsible for planning and scheduling an implementation for TS 16949, those who must perform audits to TS 16949 for quality assurance, and those who have completed ISO 9001 training and want to upgrade his/her knowledge and expertise from QS 9000 or ISO 9000 to ISO/TS 16949. Course Objectives: Define TS 16949:2009, provide a history of TS 16949, describe the relationship between QS-9000 and TS 16949, cite key differences between QS-9000 and TS 16949 and, describe how the TS 16949 document is structured. Organizations going through this course will gain a thorough understanding of the requirements and how the standard adds value to the organization.

| ISO/TS 16949:2009 - Internal Auditing This course is designed and serves as an introduction for those who will be involved in the auditing of the ISO/TS 16949 standard. The internal auditing system is an ongoing process that helps find and report areas of improvement of your quality management system. Course Objectives: Identify audit criteria for the quality management system; management responsibility; resource management; planning of product realization; curstomer-related processes; design and development; purchasing; production and service; control of monitoring and measuring devices; measurement; analysis; and improvement. Techniques for obtaining objective evidence, finalizing the audit report and team auditing vs. individual auditing will be discussed. Prerequisite: ISO/TS 16949:2009 - Introduction to TS 16949
