Nonprofit Manager Certificate

The Small Business and Nonprofit Manager Certificate offers students and others pursuing careers in the nonprofit sector opportunities to gain essential skills and knowledge. The core class of the certificate focuses on an overview of HR roles, basics of successful grant writing, building a cohesive team at your organization, and developing mission and vision statements.

Operating a Small Business or Nonprofit Organization

This program includes sessions on: overview of HR roles, performance appraisal processes, organizing for success, decision making, team building & improving morale and developing a business mission/vision statement. In addition to this course, students may complete Basic Grant Writing, Customer Service and Funding a Nonprofit/Small Business for an OTC certification.

Customer Service
