| Schematics Study the different ways of drawing pneumatic and hydraulic symbols. Develop an understanding of circuitry drawing and reading schematic drawings. Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics are necessary for this course.

| Manual J Learn how to perform Manual J calculations for heaing and cooling load using Wrightsoft software.

| Connectors This class offers a basic view of pneumatic and hydraulic connectors and distinctions between various styles, high & low pressures, and different materials. Also provides an overview of equipment, safety requirements and tolerances.

| Intro to Fluid Power An introductory study encompassing pneumatics and hydraulics as a method of transferring energy through gas or liquid, from vacuum to high pressures.

| Pneumatics I Get a maintenance perspective at preventing and troubleshooting problems with pneumatic circuits. This course covers air compressors, valves, cylinders, motors, tools, small circuits, logic circuits and air preparation.

| Hydraulics I Will study the use of liquid to transmit force through the usage of pumps, motors, cylinders, and other actuators. Study pressure and basic circuitry, detailing various pumps and actuators. We will study the need for preventive maintenance and trouble shooting skills.

| Basic Programmable Logic Control Learn basic operating principles of PLC's input and output, program maintenance, networking, ladder diagrams, logic drawings, addressing, and hard wiring.

| Intermediate Programmable Logic Control
This course offers program development, downloading and uploading, problem solving/troubleshooting, control signals and introduction to analog signals. Completion of the 80 hours total between the Basic and Intermediate PLC courses qualifies for 4 hours of credit toward Advanced PLC upon completion of both classes and proficiency exam.

| Preventive Maintenance An overview of developing a preventive maintenance plan for your building systems. Covers recording and inspecting, testing, and reconditioning equipment at regular intervals to prevent failures in service and retard deterioration.

| Machine Working This course introduces machining operations as they relate to the metalworking industry. Topics include machine shop safety, measuring tools, milling machines, and layout instruments.

| FANUC Operations & Programming This course is designed to prepare students for the operations and programming of a FANUC Robot. This hands-on course provides the necessary background an operator, technician, engineer or programmer would need to set up and program using the Handling Tool Software Package.
