Refund Policy
Confirmation Policy:
You'll automatically receive an email confirmation when registering online. To receive an email confirmation when registering by phone, simply provide us your email address.
Payment Plan Option:
We offer a payment plan for a number of programs. Pay a one-time Payment Plan fee of $35 to sign up and 50% of the course fee at the time you register with balance due in split payments.
Refund/Withdrawal Policy:
When the OTC Center for Workforce Development or Community Enrichment Center cancels a class, a 100% refund is provided. Students are to contact us at 417-447-8888 AT LEAST three business days prior to the start of a class to withdraw from a class, less a $20 withdrawal fee. Other programs may have specific policies, please refer to individual class descriptions for details.
Healthcare Education Classes:
No refunds for any allied healthcare programs unless cancelled by the college. If a student needs to change a class date or state exam date, a $45 change fee will be charged.
Motorcycle Safety Classes:
No refunds for any motorcycle safety courses unless cancelled by the college. If a student needs to change class dates, a $45 class change fee will be charged.
Transport Training Institute Classes:
TTI will refund program tuition less the non-refundable fees listed below. Cancellation requests received once the scheduled class has started will be pro-rated based the student's time in class. No refunds after the 5th day of class.
The following fees are non-refundable:
- DOT physical
- Drug screening
- Background checks
- TSA hazardous materials background check
- CDL permit and license fees
Refunds for the PTDI manual will be considered if returned prior to the last business day before the start of class. Books must be in new condition, unopened, with no marks or damage.

Business Resources
Submission of the Third Party Billing form will hold your classes and your employer will be invoiced provided we have the appropriate authorization by your payment deadline. We are unable to defer payments for students who receive reimbursement directly from an employer or another party.
