Learn more about Career Exploration, Researching, and FOCUS 2!
Currently enrolled and prospective OTC college students can participate in career counseling opportunities (free of charge) through Career Employment Services. This service is designed to help individuals who are undecided/unsure as to a career or college major choice.
OTC's career counseling services provide assistance in using career researching and decision-making tools and may also include administering career assessments to help students generate career ideas. One of our most popular career assessments is FOCUS 2. Click on the link for the FOCUS 2 (below) to learn more about this powerful tool.
Career Researching Guide:
Our Counseling Services staff has developed a Career Researching Guide to give students the necessary tools to make effective college-major and career choice decisions. We strongly recommend students complete the FOCUS 2 assessment first and then use this Guide to continue with the career decision-making journey.
