Ask An Advisor Guidelines
We value your privacy, which is why we've created the following guidelines for you to following when emailing Ask An Advisor.
New Students - If you are a new student and do not have an OTC email account, an advisor will ask for the last four digits of your social security number to validate your identity. Do not include your full social security number. Be aware that the Advisement Office will not send information regarding your student record through Ask An Advisor.
Current Students - You may email your assigned advisor and view your academic records by logging into MyOTC and clicking the 'AccessOTC' tab.
