Welcome to the Office of Online Teaching and Learning! Our goal is to provide accessible, high-quality learning opportunities in hybrid, Web-enhanced, and entirely online formats. Online courses and degree programs at OTC cover the same content as their seated counterparts, offer superior instructional quality, and engage students in a highly interactive and collaborative learning community. OTC’s online courses are taught by instructors who have strong academic credentials as well as special certification to teach in the online environment.
