Society for Occupational Therapy Association (SOTA)
Society for Occupational Therapy Association's mission is to:
- Promote and maintain high standards of entegrity, honor and character.
- To foster and augment pride in the Occupation Therapy profession.
- To promote school development and community responsibility.
- To encourage responsible leadership.
- To promote fellowship among its members and encourage participation in local, state, and national organizations.
- To encourage community service through the organization.
This organization is designed for Occupational Therapy Assistant students at Ozarks Technical Community College. Professionalism and community service is promoted through the activities of this organization.
Current Officers are:

- Leslie Owens, Secretary
- Stacy Long, Treasurer
Elections for new officers are held in November. New officers for 2011 will take office in December.
