Student Development
The Student Development department is responsible for counseling, advising, and testing services. Our advising services provide support services that range from assistance in choosing classes to solving academic problems. Our couseling services offer both academic and personal counseling to students, faculty, and staff. The testing and placement services provide placement testing [more info]. Our goal is to provide students with the resources necessary to make their time at OTC a enjoyable and productive experience.
