Steps for Receiving Benefits

• Using Benefits For the First TimeIf you have never used VA benefits before.
• Transferring Your Benefits to OTCIf you have used VA benefits at a different institution and would now like to transfer benefits to OTC.
• Currently Enrolled VA StudentsIf you would like to continue receiving your benefits or if you need to restart your benefits at OTC.
