WELCOME TO OTC
Ozarks Technical Community College is approved for certification of students eligible to receive educational assistance from the Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA). Students eligible to receive Veteran's benefits must be enrolled in a program leading to a Certificate, Associate of Arts, Associate of Science, or Associate of Applied Science degree.

Steps for Receiving Benefits

- Dependents Who Have Never Used VA Education Benefits If you are a dependent who has never used VA education benefits...
- Transferring Your Benefits to OTCIf you have used VA benefits at a different institution and would now like to transfer benefits to OTC.
- Currently Enrolled VA StudentsIf you would like to continue receiving your benefits or if you need to restart your benefits at OTC.
VA-related Forms and Information
- Statement of Understanding and Certification Request form - Spring 2012 This form is required each semester.
- VA Monthly Benefit Rates Effective 10/01/2011 Current monthly benefit rates for Chapter 1606, Chapter 1607, Chapter 30 and REAP.
- Missouri Returning Heroes Act Benefit Application To apply for the benefits under the Missouri Returning Heroes Act.
- Ordering AARTS (Army) transcripts. These are the instructons for ordering an AARTS (Army) transcript.
- Ordering a SMART transcript (Navy and Marines) This is the request form to order a SMART transcript.
- Ordering an Air Force transcript. These are instructions for ordering an Air Force transcript.
