The transition was made official during a meeting of the Board on Friday, May 1. Outgoing president Dr. Marshall Gordon served in the position from 2007-2009.
The OTC Foundation works to coordinate regional resources into a broad-based financial support network for the College and its students. Currently engaged in its first-ever Capital Campaign, the Foundation continues to grow, raising money toward student scholarships, program development, and other improvements for the College.
