OTC Foundation Scholarship Opportunities

If you are a spouse or a dependent of a CoxHealth or St. John's Health System employee, please complete the online application or the pdf. scholarship form and select CoxHealth or St. John's Scholarship. For verification that you are the spouse or dependent of an employee at either hospital, please attach with your application employment verification, legal documents and/or tax records.

If you are applying for the Smith-Glynn-Callaway ASN Scholarship, the deadline is August 2nd.

The OTC Foundation is proud to be able to offer several types of scholarships to students. These scholarships are made possible by donations from generous families and organizations. Each scholarship is unique and students must meet criteria as defined by the specific donor of the scholarship. How to Apply for a Scholarship

1. Apply for admission to Ozarks Technical Community College, and complete an OTC Foundation Scholarship Application. 
2. Attach an essay to your application that addresses the following: personal profile, educational and career goals and financial need. If you have questions on how to write an essay, please contact the Writing Center.
3. When applicable, have your official high school and/or college transcripts sent to OTC with rank, grade point average, and ACT scores.
4. All information must be submitted or postmarked by June 1 for the fall semester and November 1 for the spring semester.

 

Information about the Scholarship Award Process

1. In order to receive all scholarships, you must be enrolled at the time of awarding.
2. All scholarship recipients will be notified by mail of any awards. You will be notified ONLY if you receive a scholarship.
3. Scholarship awards are non-transferable and may affect eligibility for other financial assistance.
4. For spring scholarships you should receive a notification by December 22nd. For the fall semester scholarships you should receive a notification by July 15th. (Please note many times additional scholarships are still being awarded after this date.)
5. Foundation scholarships are not renewable; therefore you must reapply each year.
