Mr. Sam Hamra and Mr. Bill Turner are among a small group of community leaders who have received the Excellence in Business Award from Ozarks Technical Community College. They are also long-time supporters of the OTC Foundation. Mr. Hamra serves on the Foundation Board of Directors and has endowed a scholarship for students at OTC. Mr. Turner has contributed to Ozarks Technical Community College by donating to the Foundation to support student scholarships and the OTC Excellence in Education awards for OTC employees.
