Registration for Loan Counseling - First Time Borrower
Need to cancel a loan session you registered for?
If you are unable to keep your scheduled time, please let us know by email with the subject line "Loan Counseling Cancel" and include your name and OTC ID# in the body of the email you send to financialaid@otc.edu .
STAR Advising or Class Registration Required
You must have already completed a STAR advising session, be registered for classes, or completed readmission to OTC before signing up for loan counseling. If you have not registered for a STAR session, please do as instructed in the STAR Advising information. Otherwise, class registration or readmission to OTC is required to complete loan counseling.
Entrance Counseling Sessions
All students applying for a Stafford Student loan at OTC are required to attend a loan counseling session. Please click here to register.
