Please read each scholarship carefully! The scholarships all contain different deadlines and different information that you need to provide. Also, if the scholarship application is incomplete, the organization will not accept your application. American Chemical Society - The goal of this scholarship program is to aid in building awareness of the value and rewards associated with careers in science and to assist students in acquiring skills and credentials needed for success in these areas. Association Of Government Accountants Annual Scholarship - Directions and Application

Boys and Girls Club-The Boys & Girls Clubs of Springfield awards more than $85,000.00 annually in college scholarships to former Club members and staff pursuing a degree in higher education. The goal of the Boys & Girls Club's Scholarship Program is to give members an opportunity to reach their goals by attending college or trade school. Scholarship recipients are selected and interviewed annually by the Boys & Girls Club Scholarship Committee appointed by the Board of Directors.

Bureau of Health Professions - Provides scholarship, grant, and loan information to students interested in health care fields. Please click on the above link to find out how to apply.

CampusRN -has launched a new scholarship program in conjunction with the creation of the CampusRN state edition network. This nationwide scholarship program is the most comprehensive of its kind for nursing programs and nursing students because it features scholarship winners from six different regions across the country in which CampusRN has launched state edition sites. CampusRN will award six $2500 scholarships to a needy and deserving nursing student in each region.

Charley Wootan Grant Program -  Texas Guaranteed Student Loan Corporation (TG) has provided $5 million to its Charley Wootan Grant Program for the 2011-12 academic year.  TG's Board of Directors allocated $4 million to be awarded to students from Texas, and the remaining $1 million to students residing in other states.  The grants are available to students pursuing undergraduate degrees or certificates or enrolled in teacher certification programs.

Community Foundation of the Ozarks - This foundation is based in Springfield, Missouri, with a regional network of affiliate organizations. Community Foundation of the Ozarks serves as the primary vehicle for philanthropy in the region. 8 Scholarships for Procrastinators and Overachievers- "We've uncovered some excellent essay contests and scholarship opportunities available both to high school students and current college students," Scholarship America writes in US News and World Report's Scholarship Coach blog.  "And to the overachievers out there-you don't have to stop turning out scholarship applications just yet!  There are plenty more scholarship opportunities available." 

The Frank Lanza Memorial Scholarships recognize the outstanding academic and leadership accomplishments of students who demonstrate financial need and are enrolled in regionally accredited community college programs in registered nursing, respiratory care or emergency medical services. Applicants must have completed 50% of their course work leading towards achieving an associate degree. (Certificate students are not eligible to apply).

GP LSAT Prep scholarship
The GP LSAT Prep scholarship is available to students interested in applying to law school.   One or more grants of $1000 are awarded twice yearly (January 30 and June 30).  Class rank, major/degree course, any LSAT test scores, best essay and other review factors are used to determine awards. 

Tag and Label Manufacturers Institute, Inc. -2-Year Degree Scholarship for full time students entering their second year in flexographic printing program.  Application is available on via the link above in the Awards Tab.  Submission deadline to TLMI is March 31, 2012.

Westlake Scholarship Program- The James L. and Nellie M. Westlake Scholarship Foundation was established in 1981 pursuant to the provisions of the wills of James L. and Nellie M. Westlake for the purpose of assisting Missouri residents in pursuing a college education.
