Description & Responsibilities:
Will provide customer service, answer phones, and perform other administrative duties as assigned; provide assistance with online registration, scheduling, and related student processes; provide assistance with Blackboard online course procedures; perform electronic recordkeeping and data entry; perform email and online chat functions.
Position allows for flexible hours to accommodate student schedule needs.
Location of Position: IC 104A
Campus: Main Campus- Springfield

Work Experience:
Required experience:
- Experience with general office tasks and processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Proficient with Adobe PDF processes
Desirable experience:
- Experience working in a fast-paced office environment
- Experience handling professional office phone calls
- Ability to create advanced spreadsheets, newsletters, and other documents
Education:
High school diploma required.
At least one semester of credited online course experience.
At least one semester of OTC or Blackboard online course experience desired.
