Attention Graduates! Please complete the Graduate Follow-Up Survey specific to your degree and/or certificate earned and the semester in which you graduated. Your responses help us evaluate how well OTC is achieving its mission. Surveys should be completed approximately six months after graduation. Paper versions of the survey are also mailed to each graduate six months after graduation and can be returned in the self-addressed envelope provided. Thank you for your cooperation.
