Human Resources
The Human Resources department is responsible for managing several employee-related facets for Ozarks Technical Community College. We strive to achieve harmony among the employees and the college by providing employee support, while keeping the best interest of the college in mind. Some of these responsibilities include the following:
- Maintaining all job descriptions
- Posting all open positions and accepting applications for those positions
- Managing new employee orientations, including sexual harassment orientation
- Act as an advocate for employees to ensure rights are upheld
- Provide an open-door policy for employees to voice concerns
- Maintain and distribute awards for longevity, attendance, and more
- Maintain all vacation and sick-leave time for employees
- Oversee salary increases and provide salary recommendations for all positions to the President
- Produce all contracts for full-time, part-time, and adjunct employees
