Description & Responsibilities:
The candidate should provide timely and accurate clerical support services. Work includes processing confidential data where accuracy is of highest importance. Job duties include making copies, filing reports and answering phones (general office duties). The successful candidate will interact with customers and staff of the Presidential and Academic Affairs Offices which should be completed in a professional manner on assigned projects. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Campus: Main Campus- Springfield
Reports To: John Clayton
Requirements
Skills/Abilities:
1. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, computer, and Internet technologies.
2. Possess strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
3. Detail oriented in completing assigned tasks.
4. Willingness to take direction, work well with others and possess a strong work ethic.
Work Experience:
Previous office work is preferred.
