Description & Responsibilities:
This position is one in which strong clerical skills and experience is needed. The candidate should provide timely and accurate clerical support services. Work includes processing of confidential testing data where accuracy is of highest importance. The candidate must understand and meet service quality standards. The candidate will work with the Career Center Counseling and Assessment and Career Center staff and work to achieve common objectives. Job duties include the preparation, organization and scoring of testing materials, preparation of mailings, record keeping, distribution, assignment to special projects and front desk office coverage. Other duties can be assigned as needed.

Requirements
Skills/Abilities:
- High level of knowledge and experience using Microsoft Word 2007 and Excel 2007
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work with alphabetical and numerical date
- Organized
- Takes direction and works well under the supervision of others
- Confidentiality
- Strong work ethic
Work Experience:
Education:
Candidates must have successfully completed 15 hours of college credit.
Candidates will complete an interview and a timed skills/aptitude test as part of the application process.
