The Springfield-Greene County Library's Mobile Library coming to Community Day.
The Mobile Library is a state-of-the-art bookmobile that delivers books, music, movies and more to 24 neighborhoods in Springfield and Greene County each week. It was unveiled in summer 2011 through a grant from the Friends of the Library, replacing a 20-year-old model. Patrons of the Mobile Library may request delivery of materials from other branch libraries and return materials checked out at other libraries. Patrons may also register to vote on the Mobile Library.
Tiffany Archer, a computer science instructor at OTC, will put on a robot demonstration.
