Scallions is open on Thursdays during the 2008 spring semester, taking reservations from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.

History of Scallions
Opened in the spring of 2003, Scallions was created to give culinary arts and hospitality students real world hospitality experience, in a safe and educational setting. With the changing menu each semester, students are constantly challenged to learn new techniques, to provide quality service and food to our patrons. We thank you, our guests, for supporting our students in their pursuit of culinary excellence.
