e-Cashier Dates
e-Cashier at the OTC Bookstore
Just as you would charge your tuition and other fees onto your e-Cashier account, you may purchase textbooks and course materials required for courses you are enrolled in. Non-required supplies may also be purchased using your e-Cashier account, up to a limit of $100.
***You are required to register for e-Cashier each semester***
Once you have registered for your e-Cashier account, you are welcome to come by the OTC Bookstore during the designated dates listed below to purchase your textbooks, as well as supplies, clothes, and many other materials at the OTC Bookstore. When you are ready to check out, be prepared to present your OTC SmartCard as an ID, and we can charge to your e-Cashier account. (Please note you will need to specify if you wish to use your SmartCard's debit feature instead of charging to your e-cashier account.) From there we will only need your signature, and you can be on your way. Payment from your account will take place per the regular e-Cashier payment schedule.
Summer e-Cashier dates:
The first date to charge for all summer semester students- Monday, May 24th
Last date for regular students- Tuesday, June 22nd
Last date for B block students- Thursday, July 8th
Fall e-Cashier dates:
The first date to charge for all fall semester students- Monday, August 2nd
Last date for regular students- Friday, September 17th
Last Day for Late Start students- Thursday, September 30th
Last date for B block students- Wednesday, October 27th
