Progression & Graduation
Successful progression through the OTA Program will require:
1) Completion of all required assignments, examinations, skill assessments and projects with a minimum grade of 75% ("C") or better and successful completion of remedial work.
2) Completion of all required didactic coursework with a minimum grade of "C" or 75%.
3) Satisfactory completion of all fieldwork--Practicum I & II with a "C" or better and Practicum III & IV with a grade of "pass" (70 point minimum on Fieldwork Performance Evaluation). All Level II fieldwork (included in Practicum III OTA 285 and Practicum IV OTA 286) must be completed within 18 months from the end of didactic coursework for the OTA program. Fieldwork must be completed prior to applying for the National Certification Exam.
4) The ability to successfully meet all essential functions of the program.
5) Payment of all fees and fines.
6) Compliance with all OTC graduation policies, testing, and procedures as outlined in the OTC Student Handbook.
