Janet Sell, CDA, MA is the Dental Assisting Program Director at Ozarks Technical Community College.  She graduated with a certificate in Dental Assisting in Kansas City and hold an Associate of Applied Science degree from Ozarks Technical Community College and a Bachelor and Master's degree from Drury University.  She is currently enrolled at Northcentral University working toward a Doctor of Education.  As a CDA, she has served on many professional organizations including the Missouri Dental Assistants Association, Missouri Dental Assisting Educators Association.  Janet has directed and participates in numerous continuing education seminars for the dental team at local and state levels.  Janet also serves as a Commission Consultant for the Commission on Dental Accreditation.

Marge Bell, CDA, RDH, BA is the Program Coordinator for the Dental Hygiene program. Marge is a graduate from St. Louis Community College at Forest Park with an AAS in Dental Hygiene. Marge continued her education at Baker College in Flint, Michigan where she received her Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration with honors. She also holds a certificate in Gerontology and completed the Extended Care Permit course from UMKC. Marge had been in private practice general dentistry for 22 years and had developed a dental hygiene care program for nursing home residents and homebound patients. Marge has served as Springfield Dental Hygienists' Association president, Missouri Dental Hygienists' Association board member, Springfield Dental Foundation board member, and OTC's advisory board member for the Dental Assisting and Dental Hygiene programs. Marge has also served as founding board member for the Children's Smile Center and is currently on the advisory board for OCAC and a member of ADHA, MDHA, SDHA, ADEA, MCCA and MOSAHOE. Marge was voted Missouri's Outstanding Dental Hygienist in 1998 and received OTC's Student Government Association "Student Impact Award" in 2006. Marge received her CDA in 2010.  Marge has worked as faculty for OTC dental programs since 2001.

Gary Dollens, DDS         graduated from Missouri State University with an undergraduate degree in Biology. He continued his education at the University of Missouri School of Dentistry in Kansas City, Missouri where he received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.). After dental school, he worked for the United States Public Health Service in the Federal Bureau of Prisons for eight years as a staff dentist. In 1999, he moved back to Springfield and practiced dentistry in the private sector for eight years. He joined the OTC faculty as an adjunct instructor in 2006 and as fulltime instructor and Supervising Dentist in 2007. Dr. Dollens is a member of ADEA, MoACTE, and MCCA.

Ida Guynn, CDA, BBA graduated from Graff Vocational-Technical Center in 1982 with a Certificate in Dental Assisting. She has completed all Expanded Function certificate courses for the state of Missouri. Ida worked in private practice for 26 years prior to coming to OTC. She is currently a member of the Missouri Dental Assistants Association, the American Dental Assistants Association, and the Missouri Community College Association. She has served in numerous officer positions within the Missouri Dental Assistants Association and the Springfield Dental Society. Ida graduated from Evangel University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management in May 2011.

Lisa Hunter, CDA, RDH, BA is a graduate from Drury University holding a BA with a double major in Biology and Wellness Science.  Lisa continued her education graduating with honors from Ozarks Technical Community College's Dental Assisting Program, and is a Certified Dental Assistant with Expanded Functions.  She then pursued her AAS honorary degree in Dental Hygiene from OTC and is a Registered Dental Hygienist.  Upon graduating, she was voted Missouri Dental Hygienists' Association "Most Outstanding Graduating Student."  Lisa has worked in private practice, both in the Branson and Springfield areas, and has served as an educational consultant for area dental offices.  Lisa served locally as President of the Springfield Dental Hygienists' Association and as a member on the Board of Trustees with the Missouri Dental Hygienists' Association.  Lisa has volunteered her time on the Millwood Children's Charity committee for over 9 years.  She is a member of ADHA, MDHA, GSDHA, SDHA, ADEA, MCCA, and MOSAHOE.  Lisa joined OTC Dental Programs in 2007.  She is currently pursuing her MS degree in Dental Hygiene Education with specializations in Public Health and Leadership from UMKC Dental School.

Lindsay Mather, CDA, RDH is a graduate of both the Dental Assisting and Dental Hygiene Programs at Ozarks Technical Community College.  During her educational career, she was nominated Overall Most Outstanding Dental Assisting Student and Most Positive Dental Hygiene Student.  After completing both programs with honors and perfect attendance, she was one of six students in the state of Missouri to be awarded the Hu Friedy Golden Scaler award for her graduating class, which symbolizes clinical excellence.  Throughout her time as a student, she was an active member of Student Government Association, Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society, and the Dental Programs Advisory Committee.  She is also a member of the American Dental Assistants Association, American Dental Hygienists' Association, Missouri Association of Career and Technical Education, and currently serves as a member of the Board of Trustees to the Missouri Dental Hygienists' Association.  She is currently completing a BS in Health Services at Drury University, while continuing to work in private practice and stay involved in various community projects. Lindsay joined the Dental programs at OTC as a full time faculty member in 2009.

Rebecca Caceres, CDA, RDH, BS  is a graduate from Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, Kentucky.  She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene while serving as the president of her class.  She worked as a registered dental hygienist in Indiana for nine years and served as a District Representative to the ADHA.  Rebecca moved to Springfield in 2000 and worked in a private practice for six years.  In 2006, she moved to Managua, Nicaragua to serve as a full time missionary.  She worked as a coordinator of medical/dental missions, healthcare education, and evangelism studies.  She traveled the country serving as an oral surgery assistant and conducting dental clinics in the rural and impoverished areas of Nicaragua.  She is a member of the ADHA, MDHA, ADAA, and ADEA.  She joined the faculty of OTC in August, 2010 as a Dental Programs Instructor.  She enjoys teaching both Dental Assisting and Dental Hygiene courses.
