Catering Services
Catering services are offered during regular Marketplace Café hours of operation unless prior approval has been obtained from the Food Service Manager. All catering is provided by the Marketplace Café and includes the following options:
- Appetizers—Vegetable trays, fruit trays, cheese trays, meat trays, chips and salsa, hot wings, egg rolls, chicken quesadillas, BBQ meatballs, chicken and steak kabobs.
- Entrées—Beef lasagna, roast beef, honey-glazed ham, roast pork loin, chicken chasseur, chicken in puff pastry and mango chicken, box lunches, and pizza.
- Desserts—Chocolate turtle cake, strawberry cake, carrot cake, coconut cream pie and chocolate cream pie.
