OTC Honors Program
The Honors Program is dedicated to providing academically exceptional students an opportunity to develop their full potential through the enhanced learning environment of a designated community of scholars. The goals of the Honors Program are:
- To encourage critical and creative thinking through curriculum that requires analysis, interpretation, synthesis, and problem solving;
- To provide an enriched and innovative program of study to students who demonstrate a motivated and inquiring attitude toward education;
- To foster team building, collaboration, and leadership through the skillful use of communication;
- To promote responsible and challenging actions for the common good as an active, engaged citizen; and
- To build a network of academic and community resources.
