Research and Strategic Planning

The Office of Research and Strategic Planning at Ozarks Technical Community College collects, analyzes, reports, and warehouses quantitative and qualitative data about the College's students, faculty, staff, curriculum, course offerings, and learning outcomes.  This office is also involved in collecting and reporting information to government bodies (e.g. IPEDS), to the public (e.g. Common Data Set), and college guide publishers (e.g. College Board). Finally, this office provides evidence to regional and national accreditation bodies to document how OTC fulfills the standards for accreditation.

The Office of Research and Strategic Planning is responsible for the coordination of planning efforts for the entire OTC system. These efforts are a vital component of the future of the Institution, and position OTC to continue serving as the community's college.
