About the Office of Online Teaching and Learning (OTL)
The Office of Online Teaching and Learning (OTL) is dedicated to providing learning opportunities in formats designed to best meet the needs of our students and to best utilize available college resources. Through OTL, the College offers a wide variety of hybrid, Web-enhanced, and entirely online courses designed for busy students who cannot regularly attend face-to-face classes or who simply prefer to learn in an online environment.
Since its inception in 2005, the Office of Online Teaching and Learning has dutifully offered knowledgeable, innovative, and technological support for faculty and students. A primary focus for OTL is the expansion and quality of online courses and online programs. As global interest in online learning continues to rise, the OTL staff is committed to ensuring continued growth and expansion, and committed to ensuring the educational needs of our vast community of learners are satisfied. Record enrollments in OTC online courses and programs is the result of continual collaborative efforts of OTL staff with other academic, administrative, and support staff on the development and implementation of high-quality online courses and degree programs. Currently, OTC, through the Office of Online Teaching and Learning, offers 5 degree programs and 2 certificate programs completely online.

- Accessibility - Through the Blackboard online learning management system, our students have access to OTC online courses anytime and from anyplace, including students who live or are stationed overseas.

- Opportunity - our online courses offer learning opportunities for a broad range of students who would otherwise not have the chance to pursue a higher education.
