Welcome to the Culinary Arts & Hospitality Management Program at Ozarks Technical Community College. 

The mission of the Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management program is to provide the best academic curriculum and learning environment possible for the comprehensive education of students in the culinary and hospitality industry.

The objectives of our program are designed to meet this mission and ensure the following future for our students:

  • Meet entry-level employment demands in the culinary/hospitality industry by providing student with a strong understanding of the required skills necessary to be successful in pursuing employment opportunities throughout the industry.
  • Develop students knowledgeable in business operations who can contribute to the profitability of business operations by increasing sales and controlling expenses through management of food cost, menu development, food production and customer service.
  • Develop student who are aware of current issues in the industry in areas of safety, security, sanitation, nutrition, technology, environment and workplace.
  • Meet required skills for certification of students through the accrediting institutions
